Important information for visiting our floral design studio
All studio visits require advance booking. Please schedule your consultation at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Walk-in appointments are subject to designer availability.
Our studio is a working design space. Please respect the creative environment and handle floral materials with care. Photography is welcome but please ask permission before photographing works in progress.
Deposits are required to secure bookings for custom arrangements. Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Minor modifications to existing designs can be accommodated up to 3 days before delivery. Significant changes may incur additional fees and require approval from our design team.
Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your visit. Our studio contains various floral materials and may not be suitable for individuals with severe allergies.
Our studio is wheelchair accessible. If you require special accommodations, please let us know when booking your appointment so we can ensure a comfortable visit.
Street parking is available near our studio. Please observe posted parking regulations. We recommend allowing extra time to find parking during peak hours.
